Today I want to share the snacks I made. I call this snack is a sweet potato cheesy milky bar. Since there are a lot of sweet potatoes in the market and maybe it's the season. And because the price is a bit low now, I immediately bought it because it's currently raining here and we know that it's always hungry when it rains. And aside from the rain that makes hungry all the time, one of the reasons why I bought it is that it is delicious, nutritious and good for our health.
And today I will share with you the steps to make a sweet potato cheesy bar.
INGREDIENTS
Sweet potato
All purpose flour
Condense milk
Cheese
Cooking oil
PREPARATION
First I did is get a pot and place the sweet potato and put water. Boil it until it softens.
While waiting for the sweet potato to soften, slice and keep aside.
When it is cooked or soft, remove it from the fire and place the sweet potato on a plate and peel. After peeling, crush it finely and transfer it to the mixing bowl.
And strain the all purpose flour directly to the mixing bowl and also pour the condensed milk and mix well until the mixture is smooth.
Take an exact amount of mixture and flatten it in the palm and put cheese in the center and then cover and form it like a bar and fix both ends.
And then fry it and cook until golden brown.
