Today I will show you how to make Linzer biscuits with poppy and lemon curd. I can tell you, and you have to believe me, that these biscuits are absolutely delicious.
First mix the butter with the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, poppy and finally flour. Put the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread the dough on the table and cut it half the amount with a round shape and the other half you cut in the middle. We preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes.
