For us to deal with depressed teens we need patience and support to them so that they can get better. The Bible teaches that God cares deeply for those who are hurting and discouraged. Teens facing depression should be encouraged to share their feelings with trusted family members, friends, or spiritual mentors, while being reminded that God is always near.

Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We should have hope during hard times because God is always with us. Parents and caregivers can help depressed teens by listening without judgment, praying with them, and pointing them toward God's promises. While faith is important, seeking professional help when needed is also wise. Through God's love, supportive relationships, and proper care, depressed teens can find strength, healing, and renewed hope.
