The holy bible has nothing to do with reincarnation. The bible make us to understand that we only have one life to, immediately we die judgement follows. Salvation is found through faith, repentance, and obedience to God, not through repeated lives or opportunities to return to earth in another body.
The hope presented in the Bible is not reincarnation but the resurrection of the dead at God's appointed time. Those who belong to Christ look forward to eternal life through the resurrection, while all people will give an account before God.
Hebrews 9:27 says, "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."
