The loving Bible shows a sovereign God who is good, yet who allows painful events in a fallen world. From the ancient Scriptures, we learn that evil actions come from broken human hearts, not from a cruel divine desire. God’s holy character remains pure even when dark suffering exists, because human freedom in a damaged creation brings real consequences.
The faithful biblical message teaches that a wise God can use terrible situations for greater redemptive purposes. Although these painful, confusing, and unfair moments trouble us, the caring God works patiently to bring hope out of tragic evil. In this comforting truth, we see a loving God who hates evil deeply but allows it for a temporary time to accomplish a righteous plan.
