Yummy Lumpia (Spring Rolls) made from scratch!

Have you tried Lumpia or Spring Roll before? Are you fond of eating it? What kind of filling for Lumpia do you prefer or have your tried? Made from meat? Chicken? Or fish? If you have tried one of those filling that I have mentioned, read this until the end to find out the recipe that I have discovered from scratch!

Are you familiar with Beef Load on a can? It is one of the best canned goods in my country. Since my mom always has a stock of this on our pantry and me being resourceful, I made a delicious dish from it. I made a Beef Spring Roll from scratch.

As I have checked our refrigerator, I saw a spring roll wrapper and carrots. We also have all kinds of spices on the pantry aside from celery which is for us, is an important ingredient for a spring roll for an added nice smell and taste. That's why I went to the nearest supermarket to buy some.

For the spices like onion, garlic and celery, I just sliced them into tiny cubes.

For the carrots, I used an electrical grinder to grind it.

For the spring roll wrapper, I just need to saparate them with each other.

And for the main ingredient which is the Beef Loaf in a can, I just mash it in a bowl.

After preparing all ingredients, I mixed them all together. And I added some seasoning for a taste. Make sure to mix it very well for it to be well seasoned.

After mixing them all, its now time to wrap it on a spring roll wrapper one by one. Make sure to get some generous amount of the filling before rolling it.

After wrapping it on the spring roll wrapper, ofcourse you need to fry it. And then that's it! A crispy and tasty Beef Spring Roll made from scratch. And for the sauce, I just made a swet and sour vinegar sauce with a lot of spices. And I'm glad it went well with the spring roll. What a good combination indeed!
