Arsenal need a number 10 after relying on Odegaard last season who has gone back to Madrid because who wants to deal with this shit show when you can get a better deal in Spain
So arsenal have been grasping at anyone who remotely players there especially after losing out to villa for Emi Beundia
Arteta desperately needs to replace Odegaard, and Bordeaux’s Yacine Adli is the next 10 to be linked with a move
The French club are in severe financial trouble and may be relegated to Ligue 2 owing to their massive debts so they are pretty motivated to sell especially for a big pay day
The 20-year-old thrives with the ball at his feet and is good at turning forward momentum into goalscoring opportunities with clever through balls against retreating backlines.
Adli is not like your average graceful fleet footed 10 and uses his physicality to his advantage, displaying an ability to compete in shoulder-to-shoulder duels and stand his ground against strong defenders.
He reminds me a lot of Geundouzi but let’s see how this one turns out
