Assalamu Alaikum!

Alhamdulillah, yesterday was a really good and busy day.

I woke up on time in the morning, offered Fajr prayer, and recited the Holy Quran. After that, I opened my shop because the boy who works at my shop had asked me to open it before leaving for cricket. This would help him start the day's work on time. So, I opened the shop and then headed straight to the cricket ground.
alt
When I arrived at the ground, I saw our captain and the other players busy preparing the pitch.
alt

Soon, we all gathered together and got ready to play. Yesterday, we played two matches, but unfortunately, luck was not on our side.
alt
In the first match, the opposing team won the toss and decided to bat first. They set a target of 83 runs for us. To be honest, I was not in the right mood, so I decided not to bat. Unfortunately, we lost the match.
alt
In the second match, the opposing team batted first again and gave us a target of 95 runs. By that time, some of our players had already left, and only two of us were available to bat — me and one other player. Despite the difficult situation, we tried our best and managed to score 60 runs, but without a complete team, we lost the second match as well.

Winning and losing are both parts of the game, but the time spent on the cricket ground with friends is always memorable and refreshing. No matter what the result is, these moments bring happiness and help us forget the stress of everyday life for a while.

After cricket, some important family responsibilities were waiting for me at home. As part of our regular 15-day routine, I had to visit the hospital to collect medicines for my family members.
alt
Due to the rush at the hospital, it took around one and a half to two hours to get everything done.

After collecting the medicines, I also helped my family with some necessary shopping. Since it was Saturday and I needed to complete some banking work on time, I reached the bank before 12 PM and deposited money into the account.
alt
After finishing all these tasks, I finally reached my shop at around 3:30 PM. I gave the boy some time off so he could have his meal and get some rest.

In the evening, I called him back to the shop. Meanwhile, I offered my prayer and recited the Holy Quran. Alhamdulillah, the evening turned out to be very busy at the shop, with a great deal of customer activity and numerous JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.

These days are especially busy because it is salary time, when people receive their salaries and the number of customers and financial transactions increases significantly. As a result, there is a lot of running around and hard work at the shop.

Alhamdulillah, despite losing both cricket matches and spending a large part of the day managing family responsibilities, hospital visits, banking work, and shop duties, I was grateful that I could fulfil my responsibilities.

Life is a combination of happiness, challenges, and responsibilities. Sometimes we win, sometimes we lose, but what matters most is continuing our efforts, spending quality time with friends, caring for our families, and remaining thankful to Allah in every situation.

May Allah bless us all with good health, success, and barakah in our daily lives. Ameen! ❤️🤲
