INGREDIENTS
Chocolate chip peppermint ice cream
Pic and recipe :
2 x 250 ml fresh cream
1⁄2 tin Condense milk (390 grams) adjust according to taste
Peppermint essence
Green colouring
1⁄4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Beat fresh cream till stiff
Thereafter add in rest of the ingredients
Put into a mould and freeze till set firmly +-6 hrs
Decorate with mint /peppermint crisp or aero mint chocolate
