French Toasted Pancakes & Crispy Bacon

French toasted pancakes with extra egg and crispy bacon , the breakfast of champions!

Just soak your pancakes in some egg...


Throw them in the frying pan until they are nicely toasted on each side..

Pour the remaining eggs in with the second one...

This created a sort of pancake omelette :D..

Finish of with crispy bacon because as we all know everything tastes better with bacon!

This morning I tried something I've never done before.

I woke up with a craving for French toast only to find we had run out of bread.

Checking the refrigerator I found a packet of plain pancake's and thought to myself hmmm ,would these work instead of bread.

The resulting pancakes fried in egg with some crispy bacon added make a pretty damn good breakfast!
