I'm not perfect especially in the kitchen, I don't follow recipes because I'm likely to get it wrong probably because I'm dyslexic馃檭 and there is a disconnect between reading馃憖 and doing something with my馃枛 hands.... I just follow my inspiration and whatever is in the kitchen.
I got these new moulds the other day, I wanted to make a hazelnut馃尠 'nutella' top with purple nice cream base...馃挏
When I made the hazelnut spread with carob 馃崼and coconut oil it tasted insanely good but was quite thick and didn't pour into my mould I tried to blend it with a bit more coconut oil but it didn't quite work out the way I imagined馃
Anyway in the freezer it went and when it came to photography time the maqui ice cream base was melting fast but the top was still firm and defrosting, 馃崷馃崷馃崷difficult and not the best situation for the perfect pictures..... Its not perfect but it tasted soooo good and thats what matters馃崺馃構
Perfection comes in all shapes and sizes not just the physical appearance but most importantly the qualities that are unseen 馃憖馃敭
