Salir a comer sola. ¿Por qué no? Al fin y al cabo esto no siempre fue así. Antes de estar con mi pareja actual, salir sola era algo que me costaba muchísimo, a tal punto que aceptaba cualquier compañía, aunque no fuera la más idónea.

Ahora soy un poco más selectiva, sin dar tantas vueltas me voy al lugar que quiero y me siento tranquila a disfrutar.

Estar sola me ha enseñado principalmente a valorar la buena compañía, a centrarme en las cosas que quiero lograr y a subir un montón mi autoestima.

Creo que todos deberíamos salir solos de vez en cuando, ya sea a comer, dar un paseo en la naturaleza, visitar un museo, o cualquier cosa que se te ocurra, a modo de cita con nosotros mismos.

En el libro "El camino del artista" la autora menciona que deberíamos tener una cita a solas cada semana. Según ella, nuestra parte más imaginativa sería entonces muy beneficiada ✨️

Going out to eat alone - why not? After all, this was not always the case. Before I was with my current partner, going out alone was something that was very difficult for me, to the point that I would accept any company, even if it wasn't the most suitable.

Now I am a little more selective, without giving so many turns I go to the place I want and I sit quietly to enjoy.

Being alone has taught me mainly to value good company, to focus on the things I want to achieve and to raise my self-esteem a lot.

I think we should all go out alone from time to time, whether it's for a meal, a walk in nature, a visit to a museum, or anything you can think of, as a date with ourselves.

In the book "The Artist's Way" the author mentions that we should have a date alone every week. According to her, our most imaginative part would then be greatly benefited ✨️
