Recently, and just before I relapsed with a virus, I thought I was already feeling better and decided to go out to take photos. The rainy season has arrived and the animals seem to be very happy, so for me it's an excellent opportunity to do something I love.
There's a pair of Carta Cuba, which I was dying to photograph, that's what these endemic little birds from the island are called, and they're very beautiful, honestly, it's another one of the many birds that die if put in captivity.
I didn't expect to see them, but since I don't give up, I passed by the tree where I had seen them many times, although never close enough for a photo. Instead, I was surprised that this time it was different, and I was very happy to have the camera and the Zoom lens with me, that's how these photos turned out.
Did you know about this bird? Have you seen it before? Comment whatever you want, I'll love reading you 😉
