Hola queridos amigos de @Holozing, me alegra poder compartir con ustedes una nueva aventura art铆stica que me ha llevado a realizar a otra de las criaturas de Holozing que no hab铆a realizado. Hoy, en esta noche quiero presentarles a Glimmo, una peque帽a y tierna tortuga que con su encanto 煤nico, se convirti贸 en protagonista de mi m谩s reciente dibujo. Para crear a Glimmo en esta peque帽a representaci贸n me incline en que reflejara dulzura y tranquilidad, un retrato de lo simple y lo peque帽o en nuestro mundo. Es un verdadero placer sumergirme en estas ideas a trav茅s de un dibujo. Una vez m谩s, quiero aprovechar esta oportunidad para agradecer profundamente a todos ustedes, miembros de esta hermosa comunidad, por su apoyo constante y por el espacio que nos brindan para expresarnos. Tambi茅n extiendo un agradecimiento especial a @Acidyo por tu aprecio en lo que realizamos todos lo que en este espacio participamos, quien siempre nos anima a seguir explorando y creando. Hello dear friends of @Holozing, I am happy to be able to share with you a new artistic adventure that has led me to create another of Holozing's creatures that I had not done before. Today, tonight I want to introduce you to Glimmo, a cute little turtle that with his unique charm, became the protagonist of my most recent drawing. To create Glimmo in this small representation I was inclined to reflect sweetness and tranquility, a portrait of the simple and the small in our world. It is a real pleasure to immerse myself in these ideas through a drawing. Once again, I want to take this opportunity to deeply thank all of you, members of this beautiful community, for your constant support and for the space you give us to express ourselves. I also extend a special thanks to @Acidyo for your appreciation in what all of us who participate in this space do, who always encourages us to continue exploring and creating. I hope this post is to everyone's liking and with this I thank you for being here and allowing me to show you this small but significant piece.
Etapas del Dibujo/Drawing Stages
Comenc茅 trazando las l铆neas principales para la forma de Glimmo, delineando su peque帽a silueta y definiendo detalles como sus dulces ojitos. Durante este paso, quise encontrar una pose que transmitiera perfectamente su esencia delicada y adorable. Luego de ajustar el boceto, proced铆 a delinear con trazos m谩s definidos. Utilic茅 pinceles suaves para resaltar la estructura general, buscando que el dise帽o mantuviera una sensaci贸n de suavidad. Apliqu茅 una paleta de colores c谩lidos y naranjas, marrones suaves y un poco de detalles amarillos para acentuar su iluminaci贸n. Este paso me permiti贸 establecer la base sobre la que trabajar铆a mas las luces y definir mas las sombras, las cuales difumine un poco con un pincel suave.
I started by drawing the main lines for Glimmo's shape, outlining his small silhouette and defining details such as his sweet little eyes. During this step, I wanted to find a pose that perfectly conveyed his delicate and adorable essence. After adjusting the sketch, I proceeded to outline with more defined strokes. I used soft brushes to highlight the overall structure, making sure the design maintained a soft feel. I applied a palette of warm colors and oranges, soft browns and a bit of yellow details to accentuate its illumination. This step allowed me to establish the base on which I would work more on the lights and further define the shadows, which I blurred a little with a soft brush.
Agregu茅 sombras sutiles en 谩reas clave para dar volumen y profundidad al dibujo. Las luces las coloqu茅 en puntos de iluminaci贸n, para resaltar su car谩cter dulce y tierno. En esta etapa a帽ad铆 detalles delicados como texturas al caparaz贸n y un peque帽o brillo en sus ojos para darle vida. Tambi茅n integr茅 un fondo sencillo que realza a Glimmo y lo posiciona como el centro de atenci贸n. Me gusto darle textura con hojas usando este pincel agregando una iluminaci贸n central con el pincel aer贸grafo de part铆culas, despu茅s empec茅 a cambiar los m茅todos de mezcla en nuevas capas, usando superposici贸n con una brocha suave y tambi茅n luz suave para saturar un poco los colores en una opacidad baja, y con la capa de brillo agregue puntos de brillo a los ojos y tambi茅n al fondo.
I added subtle shadows in key areas to give volume and depth to the drawing. The lights were placed in points of illumination, to highlight its sweet and tender character. At this stage I added delicate details such as textures to the shell and a little sparkle in her eyes to bring her to life. I also integrated a simple background that enhances Glimmo and positions him as the center of attention. I liked to texture him with leaves using this brush adding a central illumination with the particle airbrush, then I started to change the blending methods in new layers, using overlay with a soft brush and also soft light to saturate the colors a little bit in a low opacity, and with the glow layer I added glow points to the eyes and also to the background.
