Hoy quiero compartirles en este nuevo post mi participación para este nuevo concurso de Splinterlands. Como siempre, para este concurso escogí la carta EARTH ELEMENTAL la cual quise representar como un árbol mujer, ya que está carta tiene mucha diversidad de representación que toma la forma de la misma naturaleza y de cualquier elemento. Demostrando en esta ocasión un rostro quieto que denota la tristeza y el dolor que puede sentir nuestra naturaleza reflejado en un árbol, con pequeñas lágrimas de savia, la cual para ser extraída de un árbol es porque ha sido lastimado y está lleva su tiempo para emanar del mismo árbol y sanar. Espero les guste este proceso de elaboración.. 😉

As always, for this contest I chose the EARTH ELEMENTAL card which I wanted to represent as a woman tree, since this card has a great diversity of representation that takes the form of nature itself and of any element. Demonstrating on this occasion a still face that denotes the sadness and pain that our nature can feel reflected in a tree, with small tears of sap, which to be extracted from a tree is because it has been hurt and it takes time to emanate. of the same tree and heal. Para comenzar realice en una capa un boceto simple con una brocha tipo Lápiz Grafito, para tomar de guía bajando la opacidad para luego pasar hacer en una nueva capa un delineado en limpio con una brocha tipo Rotulador Suave agregando los detalles de la madera con una brocha tipo Pluma Difuminado y así definiendo los trazos en cada parte del dibujo.

Para esta etapa abrí una nueva capa para aplicar los colores base, luego en una nueva capa de Multiplicar me enfoque en la aplicación de los diferentes matices del iris del ojo donde también agregue colores más saturados en pequeños toques aleatorios para darle más armonia, luego aplique sombreado para darle la profundidad al mismo ojo en general. Así mismo, fui agregando sombreado en otras partes del rostro.

For this stage I open a new layer to apply the base colors, then in a new Multiply layer I focus on the application of the different shades of the iris of the eye where I also add more saturated colors in small random touches to give it more harmony, then apply shading to give depth to the overall eye itself. Likewise, I was adding shading in other parts of the face.

Para culminar en una nueva capa hice un fondo con diferentes matices de colores entre verde y colores tierra y algunos más saturados utilizando una brocha tipo Pulverizador. Después en una nueva capa aplique con una brocha tipo Ducha de Hojas para rellenar los espacios con ramas aplicando un método de mezcla entre Multiplicar, Añadir y Normal cambiando los matices de colores de la brocha ducha de hojas. De esta manera conseguí volumen, y seguidamente agregue otra capa de Multiplicar para el sombreado. Para las lágrimas de savia añadí una capa de brillo donde fui bajando y subiendo la opacidad para ir dándole cuerpo a la savia de manera que fuera escurriendo, y para darle esa cristalidad aplique pequeños destellos y brillos. Y finalmente, para agregar algo de luminosidad utilice una brocha tipo Aerógrafo con un amarillo algo cálido, sobrepasando una brocha de Pulverizador por el globo ocular. Seguidamente agregue brillos como especie de luciérnagas para darle ese aire de fantasía. Me gustó el resultado que logré con el fondo y las pequeñas hojas, creando una especie de degradado y a la vez una fusión entre ambos, consiguiendo ese efecto que vemos cuando miramos las ramas y las hojas de un árbol desde abajo cuando le da la luz del sol.

To culminate in a new layer I made a background with different shades of colors between green and earth colors and some more saturated using a Spray brush. Then in a new layer apply with a Leaf Shower brush to fill the spaces with branches applying a blend method between Multiply, Add and Normal changing the color nuances of the leaf shower brush. This way I got volume, and then I added another Multiply layer for the shading. For the tears of sap I added a layer of shine where I lowered and raised the opacity to give body to the sap so that it drained, and to give it that glassiness I applied small sparkles and shine. And finally, to add some lightness use an Airbrush brush with a somewhat warm yellow, brushing over the eyeball with a Spray brush. Then add sparkles like a kind of firefly to give it that fantasy air. I liked the result that I achieved with the background and the small leaves, creating a kind of gradient and at the same time a fusion between the two, achieving that effect that we see when we look at the branches and leaves of a tree from below when the sunlight hits it. sun.
