So we were browsing Steemit today and noticed that someone posted a recipe. We have a few of our own and have been struggling to find things to post, so why not give it a shot?
We've been evolving this recipe ever since we graduated at PSU and started working at our first 9-5 cube farm job. We needed something easy to pack and carry, so a stew was the easiest thing to make. It went through an italian phase for a while; we are rather fond of garlic and ginger. Once we started trying to add cheese, things just kind a fell into place.
This recipe is still undergoing evolution. We have the base ingredients down, so the next lessons are in the Spice!
Together Again Chilimac
Brown the meat and the onion with the butter. Once the meat has been cooked and the onions carmelized, add the beans and other vegetables. Stir and bring the mixture to boil, then turn down to medium low.
Prepare the pasta in a separate pot, then add this, the cheese mix, and the milk, and stir well.
We haven't been able to prepare this recently, so we don't know how many servings it makes. Feel free to respond with feedback and spice suggestions!
