🔶2 slices wholegrain or gluten-free bread of choice
🔶1 tbsp tomato chutney
🔶50 grams roast beef, shaved luncheon meat
🔶1/2 cup baby spinach
🔶salt
🔶pepper
Preheat a sandwich press/toastie maker.
Spread the chutney on one slice of bread (per serve).
Top with roast beef slices, baby spinach and salt and pepper.
Top with remaining bread slice (per serve).
Place in sandwich press until golden and toasted.
