Next leg up for Seven Mile Beach NP greenhood recce : April 1 2026
Clear blue sky day turned into a slow day. Maybe yesterday's weeding was too much. Did get on the bike - ride to check the two sand tracks at the midpoint of Seven Mile Beach

Greenhood cluster is way stronger than last year - like an order bigger
Prerostylis nutans rosettes - no spikes yet

Budding acianthus orchid - maybe 2 weeks to run

A bit of weird. Normally the leaves hug the ground until pollination - this one says I am self-pollinated till the autumn. Let the rest of the plant decide its path
More greenhood promise

Dinner - cooked BBQ at friends - they did the veges. I just did the lamb and suasages and potatoes on Bbq. And walked the dog
