A slow start after a late night. Did push hard to get out on the bike for Kids Cancer and a walk in Lane Cove NP. Not done that for many months
Chose not to ride down through the rainforest bit - left the bike and walked it a bit
Road intersects the Great North Walk. Walked a slice of it hoping to find orchids

Enjoyed the ride down the hill on a nice afternoon. Took it easy on the way back up the hill. Did the shopping on the way. Easier taking shopping load on the bike vs the normal walking
Cooked pizza for dinner
Got the news from one brother that my sister-in-law had passed away in the morning. Sick for a few days with mitral valve failure. Died in less than a week.
Hit us really hard on a tough week - a friend, two worl colleagues and Dawn. Her family will be smashed as they are super tight
