The sun came out for the 2nd day in a row. Never did I think that I would miss the 馃嚘馃嚭 sun - it always shines.

Where did the day go. I did wrestle with getting some PolyCUB to farm. Those APY's say to do it.
Could not buy any - not enough gas for fees; not enough liquidity - probably all - who knows. Did get to buy some CAKE to stake that. Then started to explore farming WETH/WBTC as I could not get PolyCUB. Getting WBTC took a while - eventually bought on Binance. Then try to transfer from Ethereum to Polygon networks - yikes that does not work.

A little progress on acianthus buds from last week
The heart shaped leaf on the ground says orchid. The bud forming so close to the leaf says helmet orchid. Corybas aconitiflorus in a known location.
Did find an acianthus bud developed a bit further - two more days to fully open. Autumn is coming

Found some chiloglottis leaves further along the track - will keep an eye on these.
Big tree fallen over - fell up the hill not down. More than a metre diameter suggesting a 50 year old tree
Creek has gone back to its normal self. 3 inches deep over the causeway and clear enough to see the bottom of the pool above.

Made an early dinner as we were going out - chicken BBQ.
The night out was pretty special - go to a bar with lots of people and no checks on vaccination status or even check ins
Well it was not just a bar opportunity. It was a chance to see Vanessa Amorosi live. She looked fab. She had a lot of fun. She told stories - she played new stuff and old stuff. What a way to get back to live music. Vanessa Amorosi was just fab.
