If someday you decide to go to the Island of la Palma and you are a lover of a good coffee, don't forget to enjoy a delicious Barraquito!
It is a different way to serve coffee, you will only be able to find it in the Canary Islands (Spain) and in particular on the Island of La Palma, every time I go there, I took one at each corner hahaha!
Served in a transparent glass so that you can appreciate the different shades of colors and the merger of its ingredients.
I leave the recipe if you want to prepare it at home:
- Pour condensed milk until you reach a little more than a centimeter
- Add a splash (according to taste) of espresso
- a splash of liquor 43 -We add milk previously foamed at the coffee machine
-A bit of lemon rind (without the white part because bitter) - Finally sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon (if you want to do it)
And mmmmmmmm...
to enjoy it!
I recommend, it is delicious!
And if you have a good company i assure you will be better!
Note: It is equally delicious if you wish to do so without liquor
