The first thing we have to do is to chop the bread into pieces and add the 3 cups of milk, let it soak for at least 30 minutes so that it absorbs well.
After 30 minutes we continue adding the bread to the blender (this step is optional, I do it because I do not like to feel the pieces of bread and personally it is better this way). Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the raisins.
On the other hand, mix the eggs with the help of a paddle or hand mixer, add the sugar, oil and vanilla essence and mix very well for a while.
Once we have these two mixtures, we join them and beat them very well by hand, to integrate all the ingredients.
Once ready, make the caramel, flour both molds and put the mixture in the oven for approximately 50 minutes to an hour, until it is well puffed and ready in the middle.
When it is ready, let it rest for about 5 minutes and, while still warm, proceed to unmold.
