Hello my dear friends of incredible drinks, very happy to be here again! 😊.

The place where I live is beautiful, it's a place surrounded by a beautiful Sea and almost every day there is a radiant sun, but sometimes the heat is really suffocating, I'm looking forward to those days when the temperature drops a little and the weather gets really cool and ideal.

But while those days arrive the best thing to do is to bathe a lot hahahaha and drink a lot of liquid, so today I prepared a very refreshing drink, it is a mixture of Strawberry and Lemon, these Fruits provide us with a high content of Vitamin C.

It really is a very tasty juice, especially because when you drink it you will get bits of strawberry, mmmmmmmmm and I tell you, that's delicious!

I drank almost half a pitcher in just a couple of minutes and my husband was fascinated, plus I almost do not use ice because I put it and it is even more tempting and of course much more refreshing, ideal for these days of sweltering heat.

Please join me in the preparation of this drink.

Ingredients:

• 300 Grams of Strawberry washed and disinfected.
• 3 juicy lemons.
• 3 cups of filtered water.
• 4 spoonfuls of sugar, or sweetener of your preference.
• Ice to taste.

Preparation:

Take half of the Strawberries and cut them in small pieces, in 4 or 6 pieces depending on the size of the Strawberry. Set aside.

Now we take the remaining half and we can only chop them in half because they go into the blender.

Add the three cups of water, chop the three lemons.

And we are going to squeeze it to the Strawberries that are going to be liquefied.

Now add sugar and blend.

In a pitcher we are going to put the Strawberries that we had reserved and add the Ice.

Now pour the juice we liquefied in the pitcher, using a strainer.

And we are ready.

Serve and enjoy !

Hola mis queridos amigos de bebidas increíbles, muy contenta de estar nuevamente por acá! 😊.

El lugar donde vivo es precioso, es un lugar rodeado de un hermoso Mar y casi todos los días hay un sol radiante, pero a veces el calor es realmente sofocante, estoy esperando con ansias esos días en que la temperatura baje un poco y el clima se ponga muy fresco e ideal.

Pero mientras llegan esos días lo más recomendable es bañarse mucho jajajaja y tomar mucho líquido, así que hoy preparé una bebida sumamente refrescante, es una mezcla de la Fresa y el Limón, estas Frutas nos aportan un gran contenido de Vitamina C.

Realmente es un jugo muy rico sobretodo porque al tomarlo conseguirás pedacitos de Fresa, mmmmmmm y te digo, eso es delicioso!

Me tomé casi media jarra en solo un par de minutos y mi esposo quedo fascinado, además yo que casi no utilizo hielo pues le puse y es más tentadora aún y por supuesto mucho más refrescante, ideal para estos días de sofocante calor.

Por favor acompáñame a la preparación.

Ingredientes:

• 300 Gramos de Fresa lavadas y desinfectadas.
• 3 Limones jugosos.
• 3 Tazas de Agua filtrada.
• 4 Cucharadas de Azúcar, o endulzante de tu preferencia.
• Hielo al gusto.

Preparación:

Tomar la mitad de las Fresas y cortarlas en pedacitos pequeños, en 4 o 6 pedacitos dependiendo del tamaño de la Fresa. Reservamos.

Ahora tomamos la mitad restante y estas las podemos solo picar por la mitad porque van a la licuadora.

Le echamos las tres tazas de Agua, picamos los tres Limones.

Y lo vamos a exprimir a las Fresas que se van a licuar.

Ahora agregamos Azúcar y licuamos.

En una jarra vamos a poner las Fresas que teníamos reservadas y agregamos el Hielo.

Ahora echamos el jugo que licuamos en la jarra, usando un colador.

Y ya estamos listos.

Servimos y disfrutamos!
