A couple of days ago we were celebrating at home and the drink we had was a delicious blackberry juice and since all those blackberries we had bought were not used, I cleaned them, disinfected them very well and kept them in my fridge.
Something I love is yogurt and combining it with fruits and honey is for me the best, I will tell you a secret, today I did not want to make lunch, the truth is that with this rain what causes is to be in bed, so I took advantage that my husband had to go out and I asked him to buy a Greek Yogurt to make this drink that is delicious plus it feeds and one is satiated.
Well dear friends this recipe that I share with you today has been our lunch 馃槼 and we accompanied it with a piece of cake, well after this now comes a strict regime of healthy eating 馃槈.
But now I invite you to join me in the preparation of this delicious recipe.
Ingredients:
- 180 Grams of slightly frozen Blackberries.
- 250 Ml of Almond Milk.
- 200 grams of natural Greek Yogurt, use the one you prefer.
- 1 Cambur.
- 2 tablespoons of honey, or the sweetener of your choice.
How to prepare:
We take our Blackberries and throw it in the blender along with the Almond Milk.
Blend very well. At this point if you prefer you can strain the drink, personally I leave it like this, the seeds that has this fruit does not bother me.
Now we are going to add the Cambur, the Yogurt, and the Honey.
Blend very well, and our drink is ready!
Although I added a little more Yogurt and honey to my glass after I poured it, and mixed it with a Spoon, but that's optional.
Now just enjoy it! it's delicious 馃構鉂わ笍

Hace un par de d铆as estuvimos de celebraci贸n en casa y la bebida que tomamos fue un delicioso jugo de mora y como no se usaron todas esas moras que hab铆amos comprado, las limpie, las desinfect茅 muy bien y las guard茅 en mi nevera.
Algo que me encanta es el yogurt y combinarlo con frutas y miel es para m铆 lo m谩ximo, les voy a contar un secreto, hoy no quise hacer almuerzo, la verdad es que con esta lluvia lo que provoca es estar en cama, as铆 que aproveche que mi esposo ten铆a que salir y le ped铆 que comprara un Yogurt Griego para hacer esta bebida que es deliciosa adem谩s que alimenta y uno queda saciado.
Bueno queridos amigos esta receta que hoy les comparto ha sido nuestro almuerzo 馃槼 y lo acompa帽amos con un pedazo de torta, bueno despu茅s de esto ahora viene un r茅gimen estricto de comida saludable 馃槈
Pero ahora les invito a que me acompa帽en a la preparaci贸n de esta deliciosa receta.
Ingredientes:
- 180 Gramos de Moras ligeramente congeladas.
- 250 Ml de Leche de Almendras.
- 200 Gramos de Yogurt Griego Natural, usa el que prefieras.
- 1 Cambur.
- 2 Cucharadas de Miel, o el endulzante que prefieras.
Modo de Preparaci贸n:
Tomamos nuestras Moras y la echamos en la licuadora junto con la Leche de Almendras.
Licuamos muy bien. En este punto si lo prefieres puedes colar la bebida, personalmente la dejo as铆, las semillitas que tiene esta fruta no me molesta.
Ahora vamos a a帽adir el Cambur, el Yogurt, y la Miel.
Licuamos muy bien, all铆 ya est谩 lista nuestra bebida!
Aunque yo le puse un poco m谩s de Yogurt y miel a mi vaso despu茅s que me la serv铆, y la mezcl茅 con una Cuchara, pero eso es opcional.
Ahora solo a disfrutarla! queda deliciosa 馃構鉂わ笍
