Water is one of the vital elements for life on the planet, all absolutely all living beings need it, water is life, think that we can survive several days without food but if we stop consuming water for a few days our body is dehydrated and we are in danger of facing very serious health problems.
A few years ago I saw a video of children in an African country walking miles to see if they could get water to drink, I was truly shocked because despite all the problems we have here in my country, I have never lacked water to meet my needs, it also made me aware of giving a more appropriate use of our precious liquid.
I think we need to make more campaigns and educate people about how important water is for everyone and for the entire planet, unfortunately I have seen how, while some spend days without seeing a drop of water, many others who have it squander it, it would be great if we could all enjoy the water and in a conscious way.
Another thing that is happening is the contamination due to mining and oil spills, but I do not know much about that, I only know that it has brought serious consequences for drinking water.
Here in the sector where I live, there is a lot of problem with the scarcity of water, this is also due to the bad government administration because of the lack of maintenance of the pipes, they spend money on other things instead of solving serious problems such as, for example, that the citizens have water service, something that is so necessary.
In the residence where I live all the neighbors have had to put tanks in the apartments so that when the water comes to fill them and so we have not suffered with the problem of lack of water, and other times we have had to buy cisterns to supply the entire building.
Water conservation is everyone's responsibility.
Since I was a child I have felt a lot of love for coconut, there are memories that come to my mind of my mother making homemade coconut ice cream and I looked forward to those ice creams that were also very creamy, because she put powdered milk, I was delighted with them, and it still happens to me, The only thing is that my milk consumption has decreased a lot, but thinking about that I wanted to make this drink, which had that taste of those ice creams of my childhood and I wanted to accompany it with another fruit that I love and with which I often make juices for the hottest days.
And that is no other fruit than the passion fruit, or Parchita as we Venezuelans say, I love this fruit because it is acidic and has a spectacular flavor, I guarantee that this drink was ummmm delicious, you can feel all the flavors, really divine. 馃槏
Now just come with me to prepare this delicious drink.
We start by taking our blender and add the Coconut, Water and Milk.
We prepare to blend, approximately 1 minute.
Then we are going to strain, we press with a spoon well so that all the milk comes out, we reserve.
Now we are going to take our passion fruit and chop it to extract its pulp, which we are going to pour into the blender, do not add water.
Blend making small pauses for about 10 seconds, then strain, we will have a Passion Fruit Juice extract.
Something important, every time we blend something we have to wash the blender.
Now we take the reserved Coconut Milk and add it to the blender together with the Passion Fruit Juice Concentrate.
Add the condensed milk and the teaspoon of vanilla.
Blend again for a few seconds, and you will have a delicious and creamy drink, with the delicious flavor of the Coconut and the exotic flavor of the Passion Fruit.
Serve, this drink yielded for two people!
Oh and if you want it a little sweeter just add a little more Condensed Milk! 馃槣

Hoy me uno al concurso de, Un Brindis al Agua, por nuestra querida amiga
Agradeciendo de antemano por su apoyo brindado a
El Agua es uno de los elementos vitales para la vida del planeta, todos absolutamente todos los seres vivos necesitamos de ella, el Agua es vida, pensar que podemos subsistir varios d铆as sin alimentos pero si dejamos de consumir Agua por unos pocos d铆as nuestro cuerpo se deshidrata y estamos en peligro de enfrentar problemas muy serios de salud.
Hace unos a帽os atr谩s vi un video de unos ni帽os en un pa铆s de 脕frica caminando kil贸metros para ver si consegu铆an agua para tomar, verdaderamente quede impactada porque a pesar de toda la problem谩tica que tenemos aqu铆 en mi pa铆s, nunca me ha faltado el Agua para suplir mis necesidades, adem谩s que me hizo tomar conciencia de dar un uso m谩s adecuado a nuestro preciado l铆quido.
Pienso que hay que hacer m谩s campa帽as y educar a las personas de lo importante que es el Agua para todos y para el planeta entero, lamentablemente he visto como, mientras unos pasan d铆as sin ver una gota de Agua, otros tantos que si la tienen la despilfarran, ser铆a muy bueno que todos pudi茅ramos disfrutar del Agua y de una manera consciente.
Otra cosa que est谩 pasando, es la contaminaci贸n que hay debido a las miner铆as y a los derrames de Petr贸leo, pero yo de eso no se mucho, solo s茅 que ha tra铆do graves consecuencias para poder tener Agua potable.
Aqu铆 en el sector donde vivo, si hay mucho problema con la escasez de Agua, eso tambi茅n debido a la mala administraci贸n gubernamental por la falta de mantenimiento de las tuber铆as, gastan el dinero en otras cosas en vez de resolver los problemas serios como por ejemplo, que los ciudadanos cuenten con el servicio de Agua, algo que es tan necesario.
En la residencia donde vivo todos los vecinos hemos tenido que poner tanques en los apartamentos para que cuando nos llega el Agua llenarlos y as铆 no hemos sufrido con la problem谩tica de la falta de Agua, y otras veces se han tenido que comprar cisternas para surtir a todo el edificio.
El conservar el Agua es responsabilidad de todos.
Desde ni帽a he sentido mucho amor por el Coco, hay recuerdos que vienen a mi mente de mi madre haciendo helados de Coco casero y yo esperaba con ansias esos heladitos que adem谩s le quedaban muy cremosos, pues ella le pon铆a leche en polvo, yo me deleitaba con ellos, y todav铆a me pasa, lo 煤nico es que ya mi consumo de Leche ha disminuido mucho, pero bueno pensando en eso quise hacer esta bebida, que tuviera ese sabor a aquellos helados de mi ni帽ez y lo quise acompa帽ar con otra fruta que amo y con lo cual hago muchas veces jugos para los d铆as de m谩s calor.
Y esa no es otra fruta que la Maracuy谩, o Parchita como decimos los venezolanos, esta fruta me encanta porque es acida adem谩s tiene un sabor espectacular, les garantizo que esta bebida quedo ummmm riqu铆sima, se sienten todos los sabores, realmente divina. 馃槏
Ahora solo acomp谩帽ame a preparar esta deliciosa bebida.
Empezamos tomando nuestra licuadora y a帽adimos el Coco, el Agua y la Leche.
Nos disponemos a licuar, aproximadamente 1 minuto.
Luego vamos a colar, presionamos con una Cuchara bien para que salga toda la Leche, reservamos.
Ahora vamos a tomar nuestras Maracuy谩 y la picamos para extraer su pulpa, que vamos a echar en la licuadora, no agreguemos agua.
Licuamos haciendo peque帽as pausas como por 10 segundos, luego colamos, nos quedar谩 un extracto de Jugo de Maracuy谩.
Algo importante, cada vez que licuamos algo tenemos que lavar la licuadora.
Buenos seguimos, ahora tomamos la Leche con Coco que tenemos reservada y la echamos a la licuadora junto con el Jugo concentrado de Maracuy谩.
A帽adimos la Leche condensada y la cucharadita de Vainilla.
Licuamos nuevamente por unos segundos, y nos quedar谩 una deliciosa y cremosita bebida, con el delicioso sabor del Coco y con el ex贸tico sabor de la Maracuy谩.
Servimos, esta bebida rindi贸 para dos personas!
Ah y si la quieres un poco m谩s dulce solo agrega un poco m谩s de Leche Condensada! 馃槣
