Greetings, dear Creative Cooking community! 馃
Cookies are still one of those recipes I'll always make with lots of love and dedication. I love them, and as I've mentioned before, baking cookies relaxes me. Plus, there's always a story behind every flavor.
This time, we're going to make walnut cookies. These cookies are delicate and semi-crispy, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. They're very easy to make. Anyone who knows me knows I don't like complicated recipes, so put on your apron and turn on your oven to join me! 馃槉

If you're interested in the recipe, let's make it together! 馃槈
-150 to 170 grams all-purpose flour
-50 grams ground walnuts
-60 grams cold unsalted butter
-40 grams powdered sugar
-1 egg
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-Parchment paper
-Round cookie cutters
Let's preheat our oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Vamos a encender nuestro horno a 180 grados cent铆grados.
In a bowl, we're going to add the wheat flour along with the icing sugar, salt, and baking powder, and mix.
Next, we'll add the ground nuts, mix, and make sure the ingredients are well combined.
Now we add the butter, it should be cold, and we're going to mix it in well using our hands.
Next, add an egg and mix with a pastry spatula.
Then we use our hands to finish kneading; the dough should not stick to our fingers. If the dough is still sticky, just add a little more flour until you get the desired consistency.
We place our dough on waxed paper and prepare to roll it out with a rolling pin; it is not necessary for the dough to be very thin.
Now we shape our cookies using the mold we like best. I used round molds of three different sizes: large, medium, and small. The measurements of the molds are 7.5 cm, 6.5 cm, and 5.5 cm in diameter, and I got a total of 14 cookies. We place these on a baking tray; you can grease and flour it or just use wax paper so that our cookies don't stick.
We bake them in the oven for approximately 15 to 18 minutes or until the cookies are lightly golden brown.
When you take the cookies out of the oven, let them rest for a couple of minutes before coating them with powdered sugar. This step is optional, only if you want to give your cookies a sweeter touch.
Ready! Now you can enjoy them! 馃槏馃い Yum yum, delicious, delicate, crunchy and sweet.
I 100% recommend these cookies, I hope you'll try the recipe! You'll love them 馃憣
