All units receive the Return Fire ability at the start of the battle. Enemy units that attack with ranged attacks receive damage back.
Damage returned is equal to damage of the attacker divided by 2, rounded up.
Ranged attack units with the Reflection Shield ability do not take damage from reflected attacks.
The Amplify ability increases damage.
Strategy:
Quite simple as all units has Return Fire expect melee and magic damage and play around it, Thorns and Magic Reflect on your tank plus Amplify can be a deadly combination since you already has Return Fire, returning all types of damage can give you the win, all abilities against melee and Magic are excellent choices as well as you are expecting big amount of damage from one of this sources, abilities such as: Silence , Demoralize , Void , Shield , Phase , Void Armor and of course using a range unit with the Reflection Shield ability avoiding the return damage, to surprise your opponent since is not expecting a ranger attacker.

Others Rulesets: Keep Your distance and Outs one outs
With keeps your distance (no melee allowed) ruleset , it reduce the possibilities to mostly all magic, I was looking for Magic Reflect something like Failed Summoner that could win this low mana match almost by himself but the outs one outs rule did not let me, finally decided to go:
Level 5 Obsidian
Give plus 1 magic attack to all my units, excellent choice since the rule-sets make it the magic units the only good choices for this match.
Level 5 Chaos Agent
1 mana cost mini tank, to save my attackers for 1 or 2 hits, the level 6 could have been good for this match in particular because he gets Phase on that level but he lose one health.
Level 5 Regal Peryton
5 Mana cost magic attacker with lot of health as my second tank.
Level 3 Djinn Biljka
Has very high damage for his low mana cost, goes in last place must be protected as has very low health, he has the Void ability though and **Weaken ** both are good for this match, Void is excellent but for a unit with so low health it may not help too much.
Round 2
Round 3
Final Round , the low mana cost make it to be a short but interesting fight my opponent was all or nothing with his Djinn Apprentice he use a Martyr to bust him it could be an interesting idea if he was just one level more, at 6 he gets the Deathblow ability it will not help him on this battle but it would be a strong choice against one strong unit, for example if I would choice to bust my Regal Peryton with Martyr ability as well he would one shot me with 8 magic damage.
