1 . As usual I'm using ecency website not the application because I find it easier to use. When you log in it will look like this as shown above now go to settings.

2 . Scroll 📜 down 👇 copy the referral link 🔗 as shown this is how my referral link looks like https://ecency.com/signup?referral=caelum1infernum

You can make it shorter by using the [write what you want inside here](referral link) if you do it properly it will look like this Referral link test if you don't understand how to do it you can send me your referral link on the comment section and I will do it for you.

3 . When someone click on your referral link this page will pop out see my name there? That should be under your name, in this tutorial under my name of course.

4 . You will get an email ✉️ from @ecency and they want you to confirm your registration within 12hours so what you waiting for? CLICK IT!! Ahemm....

5 . After few minutes or hours it's random really because I registered few people now the time difference between all of them are random but usually it's about few seconds or few hours this I'm not sure but don't worry it will be created. Make sure the WiFi or the mobile data you're using is different with each registration because when I registered two person at the same time one goes through the other one never even pass the sign up process so please keep that in mind.

Also in the second mail 💌 from ecency scroll 📜 down to get your password 🔑 congratulations 🎉 you're a member of hive users

6 . After registration put in your username and password you will see this on your screen. Press the 3 lines top right on your screen as shown above.

7 . Click on the profile menu then click on settings

8 . Click on Permissions as shown in the picture 🖼️ above

9 . Paste the password 🔑 you got from ecency email ✉️ then click to view keys just below the password section. Copy paste all the password keys and keep in a safe place if possible write ✍️ it in a book 📖 personal book that only you can read it. If you have problems remembering or keeping passwords download Hive Keychain from the playstore and keep your password there

Reason for referring people into hive, PeakD, ecency and so on is to have more users in hive more demand for hive, the price will get higher, price get higher everyone will be happy. Also when there is more people the developers can create new projects such as better games as most of you know the game Splinterlands famous card ♦️ game in Hive one of the best card games out there. More people means better functionality of hive I also saw a post in twitter that someone is developing hive payments methods there is so much going on in hive the potential is endless.

What you can do to help Hive grow is simply bring more people in that's it.

When your referral receive 📲 200 ecency points you will get 100 ecency points it's a payment you receive for bringing in people using ecency you can use this point to receive upvote, promote your post or what I do is I give the 100 Ecency points back 🔙 to my referral so they can use it to grow their accounts or you can give to other accounts as gift 🎁 to show appreciation to others or to your favourite author. Basically do whatever you like with it you own it it's yours.
