An aerial shot of mini-plant. I almost looks like a four leaf clover in this photo, pretty cool. I feel like the leaves have noticably increased in size this week. I'm still rooting for my little basil plant and as long as I think there might be hope I'm leaving him in the winter garden. Grow damn you!
Here's a little bit of the growth/regrowth on one of my basil plants a few new leaves starting, especially lower on the plant right out of the thick stem. I'm surprised new growth would just punch through the lower areas of the basil, I expected most of the new growth to occur in the upper regions of the basil. Pretty cool to see and makes me feel like this plant will be able to have a second harvest possibly even larger than the first!
