Good evening Philippines,hello to all. Just share this fish locally caught in shallow waters. They are called Danggit or commonly known as the Siganid.

I love this kind of fish to be fried, this is one of my favorite. This kind is somewhat cheaper because of its availability at all seasons.

Eat fish, a source of omega 3 that is good for the heart. Assured no heartaches, lol,
