Hello everyone, had you eaten these dried squid? Here in the Philippines, we are fun of eating dried fish and shellfish as appetizers, or in sometimes if no budget can be made as the main dish. These are often called Buwad Nokus in our Visayan dialect.

Mostly it is fried or grilled with a sour sauce.

A sauce of lemon with hottest cayenne is a favorite partner.
