We are going to meet so many people in our lifetime, some will be a blessing and some will serve as a big lesson, a regret that we ever come across such people.. One thing that matter is both teaches us something....
The good ones teaches us that we still have nice and lovely people on planet earth while the bad ones teaches us to be careful as evil ones are everywhere too....
Based on the kind of person i am, the evil ones have not yet been able to penetrate into my life to cause a great damage because i am always careful of those i grant access into my life, moreover i have a limit to what i can let anyone know about me and once i notice bad trait in someone, i create such a distance that makes me un accessible to them....
How i met my Best Friend
It was in the year 2011, i was in my hibernating mode, means the period of staying indoor...馃槡
I have two mood back then, the first is when i love to go out, stick with friends and play football and games and other fun things and the second mood is when i don't want to go out and just want to stay indoor and this second mood is what i have learnt to adapt fully now...
It was during this stay indoor mood that my best friend and his family packed into the house in front of mine, i knew we have got a new neighbour but i didn't know who was who....
Three days after, my outgoing mood was activated and once again, i bounced out to meet my friends in the gaming center but when i entered there, i saw a new guy boasting of how he is the best in the game, and being one of the best gamer in my area back then, they ask me to play with him lol....
I didn't want to rush it because i am yet to see his game, moreover i haven't really played the game for some days so i don't want to lose to a new guy so i refused馃榿, he boasted more that the champ is scared but whatever we have some other time to prove that...
That was our first encounter, that same day i got to know he was my neighbor but we didn't talk after we left the game center.... Few days after, we met again in the game center and i decided to play with him and he suggested loser pay which i agreed to...
We ended up playing 10 games in which i won 7 and he won 3, he stopped playing when he realized i was better than him馃榿 ok that was my initial thought but it was something more, my guy didn't have enough money to pay for the games馃ぃ...
When we dropped the pad and was time to pay, he tried to reason with the owner of the game center but the person refused to listen, he collected his palm footwear and people he thought were his new friends were already making jest of him and the owner was also planning to collect his shirt...
This was when i intervene because i kind of pitied him, first he felt betrayed that his new so called friends are making jest of him and secondly is the fact he had to lose face that way, losing to me and losing his cloth too, so i paid for him and he was given back his cloth and palm...
We left there together for home, on our way he thanked me and i adviced him that because they are friendly to him doesn't make them his friends and that was the beginning of our friendship馃槉 A long lasting one...
I once made a post about a friend of mine that used to do hard labour and call me to go and eat with him for months, he is the one... A good friend, one i never regretted meeting......
