A big hello to the Splinterlands and Hiver communities! We are just a few days away from the end of the season and the month of September; I can't believe the month is already coming to a close! It feels like just yesterday I bought my recent Death and Water Legendary Archons from the Conclave Arcana set. I’m concerned because we only have three months left to acquire all the Core set Legendary Archons before moving on to the Escalation set. My goal in acquiring these Archons as soon as possible is to build a strong deck—not just for the Modern format, but primarily for Splinterlands tournaments. We’ve made significant progress in this area of ​​the game, even without having every Legendary Archon; we’ve secured substantial winnings from these tournaments and have actually already recouped the investment made in one of our Archons. Although I participated in several tournaments this week, I unfortunately didn't have the time to carefully plan my lineups, so my performance has been rather rocky.

Parecia ayer cuando compré mis recientes arcontes legendarios de muerte y agua del set Conclave Arcana, me preocupa porque ya solo nos queda 3 meses para obtener todos los arcontes legendarios del set core antes de comenzar con los arcontes legendarios del set Escalation. El propósito de hacerme lo más pronto con estos arcontes es tener un mazo fuerte para jugar no solo en el formato Moderno, sino principalmente en los torneos de Splinterlands. Hemos avanzado bastante en esta parte del juego y eso que no tenemos todos los arcontes legendarios, pero si que hemos obtenido importantes ganancias de estos torneos y de hecho hemos ya recuperado lo invertido en uno de nuestros arcontes. Esta semana, aunque participé en varios torneos, lamentablemente no tuve el tiempo para pensar mis alineaciones por lo que mi desempeño esta semana ha sido bastante accidentado.

So far, we’ve generated 4,014 liquid SPS. We started right at the end of August with just 20 SPS—which we spent on the entry fee for our first tournament—but if we keep up this pace, we’ll easily surpass 50k staked SPS by the end of the year. That seemed like an impossible goal back in mid-July, when I was limited to just the Modern format and Brawls. The only thing left to do is start participating in Survival mode; I’m currently figuring out which cards to use to take my first steps in this new-to-me format.

I also picked up my first stickers today from the Artisan Shop, accessible via the Land interface. They are quite affordable and feature truly original, eye-catching designs! In my specific case, I bought stickers of the Archons I recently acquired: "Brave the Bull" (with a beer)—which is the one I identify with most because I love beer—and "Loving the Moo," which, even though I hardly use it, I am starting to understand the strategies for.

También hoy me hice con mis primeros stickers que compré en la tienda de artesanos, cuando entras en la interfaz de Lands. Están a un precio bastante accesible y tienen un diseño realmente original y muy vistoso! These two were purchased individually for 200 DEC each; my next purchase will be packs sold for 800 DEC. I’ve already got my eye on two of them—"Bunsbagsandcaps" and "IBlast Signature"—which have simply amazing designs.

Let’s see how we fared in Frontiers. To be honest, I didn't play many battles there; I was very busy with work, so I focused my time on what mattered most: Modern, Brawls, and Tournaments. However, regarding Lux's Favor, we’ve been consistent in claiming our daily spin—we’re already at a 132-day streak, with three months of the year still to go.

Veamos ahora como nos fue en frontiers, aquí la verdad que no estuve jugando tanto en las batallas, estuve muy ocupado en el trabajo, así que dediqué mi tiempo a lo más importante: Modern, Brawls y Torneos. Pero en cuanto al Favor de Lux, hemos sido consistente en reclamar nuestro giro diario, ya llevamos 132 días y todavía nos quedan 3 meses del año.

We certainly got a good haul of Sparks this week! Between cosmetics we already owned and extra wheel spins, we accumulated Sparks day by day; Thursday was the only day we received energy for Frontier battles. I did miss seeing any reward cards, though—I think the last time I pulled a card from this wheel was two months ago.

Esta semana si que obtuvimos un buen lote de sparks! Entre cosméticos que ya teníamos y giros extra a la ruleta fuimos acumulando sparks a lo largo de los días, solo el jueves nos dieron energía para las batallas en Frontier. Se echaron de menos alguna carta de recompensa, creo que la última vez que obtuve una carta en esta ruleta fue hace 2 meses.

All in all, I’ve accumulated about 63K Sparks as September wraps up. We’ll see what surprises await for Halloween! I’m hoping for seasonal skins and cosmetics purchasable with Sparks; it’s one of my favorite times of year, and I’d love to get one or two themed skins.

Before opening the reward packs, I wanted to share the jackpot I hit today. Luck was on my side, as I thought I’d have to wait another seven months for the next one; and although it was that mediocre common Water card I kept getting in the early jackpots at the start of the year, I’m still celebrating the good fortune of landing a prize so soon.

The results from these few packs were quite satisfying. Many contained Archons—which is what matters most to me right now, since I already have enough copies of the other units for the Survival format. One thing worth noting, however, is the need to buy alchemy potions; now that I’m playing Modern seriously and winning battles more frequently using Foundations cards, I want to boost my reward bonuses by pulling these cards in gold foil.

Finally, I want to share the results of my latest guild brawl. We finished fourth, but I performed well, winning five out of seven battles. Even so, we earned a good amount of Merits and SPS for staking.

Por último quiero compartirles mi más reciente torneo de gremios donde quedamos de cuartos, pero tuve un buen desempeño ganando 5 de las 7 batallas. Aún así conseguimos una buena cantidad de méritos y SPS para el stake.

The battles I’m assigned to cover include all available sets, regular foil cards, and the Silver League. I still find it challenging to adapt my strategies to these conditions, as I tend to plan my battles exclusively around the Conclave Arcana/Escalation ruleset. However, this time I had the chance to pit my "Brave the Bull + Calamity" combo against "Scarred Llama + Flesh Golem" in a 12-mana battle! The advantage in my case was that the Flesh Golem couldn't heal due to the ruleset; otherwise, I think I would have lost the match.

Las batallas a la que estoy designado son todos los sets disponibles, lámina regular y en la liga de plata. Aún me cuesta adaptar mis estrategias bajo estas condiciones, ya que todavía sigo pensando mis batallas exclusivamente con el set Conclave Arcana/Escalation. I’ve reached 766K Glints thanks to my earnings in this Brawl. I initially thought I’d only need to spend occasionally on Gladius cases, but I soon realized I hadn't bought the Blood and Power Stones! I really need to make that purchase if I want to open my 200 Gladius cases with better odds of pulling Legendary or Gold-foil Gladiators. Buying both at once would cost 126K Merits; honestly, I don't know why I didn't make this purchase sooner. In any case, I only bought 4 packs today; I’ll wait until I hit 800K Merits to buy the stones.

Llegamos a 766K en Glints con lo ganado en esta Brawl, pensé que solo tendría que gastar ocasionalmente en Gladius cases, pero pronto me di cuenta que no había comprado las blood y power stones! Obligatoriamente tengo que hacer ese gasto si quiero abrir mis 200 Gladius cases con un incremento en la probabilidades de conseguir gladiadores legendarios o dorados. Si las comprara ahora, ambas de una sola vez, serían 126K en méritos, la verdad que no sé porque no había hecho este gasto anteriormente. Once again, we got 4 standard packs containing Common and Rare cards, but this time, one of them was Gold Foil! It was Cutter Brieze—making it our third Gold Foil Rare card pulled without using a Power Stone. Another bit of news is that we got enough copies to level up Isgald Vorst to Level 8, the cap for the Gold League! Now we’re just missing two cards: Chimney Wallstop and Hugo Strongsword, which are still at Level 7. The road to getting them to Level 8 is still long, so we’ll be opening plenty of Gladius cases over the coming weeks.

De nuevo volvimos a obtener 4 packs estándar con cartas comunes y raras, pero en esta ocasión una de ellas salió en lámina dorada! Se trata de Cutter Brieze, ya sería nuestra tercera carta rara dorada sin usar piedra de poder. La otra novedad es que conseguimos las copias necesarias para llevar a Isgald Vorst a nivel 8, el tope de la liga de oro! Ahora solo nos faltan 2 cartas: Chimney Wallstop y Hugo Strongsword que están en nivel 7 todavía.
