We will stay in Europe even if we geographically "touch Africa". Two stops in the Czech Republic and one in Lanzarote.

S rozhodováním o hlavní ceně jsem dnes moc práce neměl :-). Těší mě, že v anketě dostala každá fotografie nějaký hlas.

I didn't have much time to decide on the main prize today :-). I am glad that each photo received a vote in the poll.

Na Plzeňsku se nachází mnoho technických památek. Tak se na jednu z nich podíváme.

@jjprac nás pozval do vodního hamru v Dobřívi u Rokycan na ukázku, jak se zde kdysi kovalo. Fotografie získala třetí cenu.

There are many technical monuments in the Pilsen region. So let's take a look at one of them.

@jjprac invited us to the water hammer in Dobřív near Rokycany for a demonstration of how blacksmithing used to be done there. The photo won the third prize.

@cezary-io zavzpomínal na letní dovolenou. Večerní snímek ze Sandos Papagayo na Lanzarote (Španělsko) „pohladí“ :-). Fotografie získala druhou cenu.

@cezary-io reminisced about his summer vacation. The evening photo from Sandos Papagayo in Lanzarote (Spain) is “smooth” :-). The photo won the second prize.

Poslední zastávku našeho krátkého výletu si uděláme v Moravskoslezském kraji, kam nás pozval @phortun. Nevím, co uchvátilo porotu více. Jestli pes nebo sopky Velký a Malý Roudný na horizontu :-). Fotografie získal první cenu s právem účasti na doplňkové soutěži o nejlepší fotografii měsíce září.

The last stop of our short trip will be in the Moravian-Silesian Region, where @phortun invited us. I don’t know what captivated the jury more. Whether it was the dog or the Velký and Malý Roudný volcanoes on the horizon :-). The photo won first prize with the right to participate in the supplementary competition for the best photo of the month of September.

Krátké, ale určitě to stálo za návštěvu. Do starého hamru se nepodíváte každý den :-).

Short, but definitely worth a visit. You don't get to see the old hammer mill every day :-).
