I am a big fan of chillies, anything spicy i like and i will try. In the photo is our native chilli that i want to share. It is called "siling labuyo" in our language which is tagalog and also known as Bird's Eye Chilli in english. Maybe it's called like that is because it is the size of a birds eye. It's a little tiny one the one's I got are about 2 and a half centimeters. They can get bigger up to 4 centimeters only. The smaller they are the spicy they get. This is used widely in the Philippine cuisine. It has 100,000 Scoville heat units as its standard unit of measurement.
It will only take one or two chillies to make you go crazy or should i say small but teribble.
