Home made Ginger 🫚 shots

I am trying to loose some weight and a collegue said to me :
“ why not do a ginger shot in the morning? “

I am willing to try any amazing drink and I love ginger in my tea so why not try the ones home made.

So I got out the nutri bullet and I bought a batch of ginger. In the super market it’s available for 4,59 euro per kilo.
So I went in and bought a kilogram at the Lidl.

I used the nutri bullet groove knives to keep the ginger rough.
I am making this for the first time so I will also try the all natural version and totally meshed with the fine knives.

I choose to do this ginger batch with cocos milk.
The pure cocos milk and ginger are a great combo in some dishes I cook so I will just try this.

I cut the ginger, that was in big chunks. I also washed and scrubbed the ginger in teh places that were damaged.
I loved the smell that ginger has when it washed with warm water.

I had almost a liter and put it in a empty Coca Cola bottle and kept it in the fridge.

I have to say it burnssssss !

This is the test I still have to make pure shots, without coconut milk. Who knows I like that better.
This is for every morning. I hope it’s something I can keep going.
