Pero sobreviví, mi corazón volvió a latir cuando me encontré rodeada de unos calidos brazos. El brillo en mis ojos se hizo más intenso y la tristeza fue reemplazada con "Te quieros".

El otro lado de mi mesa no estaría vacío nunca más y quizás el sentirme sola se acabó de una vez por todas. Tal vez no morí aquella ya vez, ni volví a vivir cuando te vi pero estoy segura que alguna batalla gané para que llegarás a mi.

They asked me to talk about defeat and I heard "since he loved for the first time and was rejected he understood that it did not kill his capacity to love". And so it did, I didn't die. For a moment I can swear that my heart stopped working like a clock that doesn't mark the time and must be discarded.

But I survived, my heart beat again when I found myself surrounded by warm arms. The sparkle in my eyes grew brighter and the sadness was replaced with "I love you's".

The other side of my table would never be empty again and maybe feeling lonely was over once and for all. Maybe I didn't die that time and I didn't live again when I saw you, but I'm sure I won some battle for you to come to me.
