My wife was going to be out doing some volunteer work one night so it was my turn to make dinner. I chose steak of course :)
I grilled a couple ribeyes - one for me and one for the kids. I did some potatoes in foil on the grill as well, and the dinner was a hit with the kids, especially when we had ice cream after :)
Even though there are many options to eat out, it is tough to beat a home grilled meal.
