Hi Friends,
One of my friends recently gave me a gift - freshly pickled jalapenos!
As a fan of spicy things, this is right up my alley :) The cool thing about this is that they did the research and wanted to get me something special - they certainly succeeded!
The only problem is that she said I had to wait a few more days before I could eat them so the pickling process could be completed - doh!
My mouth is watering just thinking of the jalapenos, so In a few days, i will give it a try and compare them to store bought pickled jalapenos - I am sure these will be better since they were made with an extra ingredient.... friendship!
A great gift indeed.
