Hi Friends,
My wife and kids were out visiting some friends recently so I had the evening to myself. I watched a little Gold Rush (I am behind), had an adult beverage, and ate a nice ribeye steak. Here is the steak:
My adult beverage of choice this evening was a voda tonic with Grey Goose... good stuff.
Perhaps you have noticed this already, but similar to Ron Swanson (Parks and Rec), I like to savor the meat experience and get a picture of my steak. Perhaps I am not at Ron's level where he has a photo album of all his steaks from his favorite steakhouse, but not too far off either. Here is Ron and his photo album:
So yeah, I will continue to pepper my blog with steaks.
