Bacon and onions

Hi Friends,

I was needing to eat something for dinner the other night as my family was going to be gone for a couple of hours in the evening. I looked around and found two of my favorite things: bacon and onions!

So I cooked up the bacon and added the onions - quite a delicious combo actually! The sweetness of the onions was a nice compliment to the salty bacon. Who would have guessed this would be a winning dish!

Of course, my wife and kids were complaining the house smelled weird when they got home… the bacon and onion smell certainly lingered!
