Mruffki Galore for Your Culinary Delight

Since my last post garnered such savory interest, I thought I would tempt your taste buds once again ;) This is what a typical (well-off) family home looks like in the Bulgarian countryside -- tons of cured meet hanging from the rafters, just waiting for someone to grab a knife and pare it down.
