Everyone loves a good chicken wing, right?
... but what exactly makes for a "good chicken wing"?
Well, that's exactly how WTF Wings got started: My neighbour, and good friend, Nic and I were "debating" about who (and what) makes the best wings
... and the only way to settle such a debate?
WELL... you have a WING-OFF.
The rules for WTF WINGS are simple:
- Both Nic & I come up with a new chicken wing recipe.
- The public gets 1 wing from each of us, and decide from which shop they want to order their whole meal.
- The winner is the shop that sells the most wings that day.
It's a simple little competition really, and while we try outdo each other every Wednesday, you the public, are the judges.

So... if you ever find yourself in Hatfield (Pretoria, South Africa), please pull in to Square 2.0 (corner Hilda & Prospect) every Wednesday from about 12h00 until curfew chases us home.
While Nic is no longer with us at the Square, WTF Wings will continue. I might bring you 2 recipes of my own, or I might invite a mate to challenge... either way, you're in for a treat.
P.S. The winning recipe is then available on the BB Bistro menu on Thu & Fri too (assuming stocks last).
