Khanom Kluea or Khao Nom Kluea (read as Khao Nom Kue)

ingredient
Rice flour 1 1/2 cups
Tapioca flour 2 cups
Sugar 2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to do it
Mix rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, salt and about 1 cup of water. Knead together.
Bring to simmer over low heat, stir continuously.
Stir until the dough becomes thick and sticky, lift it and set aside.
Tear off a 5-inch wide banana leaf, scoop about 2 tablespoons of flour onto the banana leaf, and press to flatten the dough.
Fold the left and right banana leaves, fold the head and tail into a square shape.
Put into the crate to steam with high heat for about 20 minutes.
