After discovering a drawing of the Seraphite Prophet, I scavenged a nearby camp and upgraded my shotgun at a workbench. I carefully navigated down to a floor crawling with Scars, taking them out one by one in stealth before trying one of them with a brutal, point-blank headshot to see the game's realistic damage physics.
I noticed my objective wasn't far, but first I had to reach the street. On the way, we found a drawing of the Prophet; Abby called her a "bitch," reflecting on the pain and chaos her teachings started for their people.
I found a Seraphite camp right inside the building. I managed to find some loot and a letter before heading to a workbench, where I used my gathered parts to upgrade my shotgun for more power.
I had to crouch through a tight space and then drop down to the floor below. I was worried the fall might be too much for Abby in, but luckily she made it down without any issues.
As soon as I landed, I realized the building was crawling with Scars. I stayed low, realizing I would have to clear the entire area if we wanted to get out of there alive.
I started thinning their numbers one by one. I focused on two women who were patrolling close to my position and managed to take them both out silently before anyone else noticed.
I spotted more guards on the level below me. I positioned myself near the edge and focused on one specific man, waiting for the right moment to strike as he moved through the ruins.
I waited patiently for the man to walk right into my range. When he finally got close enough, I grabbed him and performed a clean stealth takedown to keep the room quiet.
I got into position for the next one, who was walking just on the other side of a wall. I guessed he was the last one left in this section of the building, so I decided to change my approach.
I grabbed him from behind, but instead of a silent kill, I used my weapon for a point-blank headshot. It was a shocking new experience seeing the realistic detail of the damage, something I hadn't tried in the game until now.
