Describe your perfect day
Perfection is a concept that I think does not exist, but if we have to talk about the closest thing to a perfect day we can describe it as calm and at the same time moving.
Sounds like a contrast, doesn't it? It really is, but this generates a feeling of dynamism driven by the sensation of being in control and at the same time having great experiences in life.
Today I'm going to talk to you about what I think a perfect day in my week would look like, what I would do and how I could wrap it up.
Let's start.
Describe tu día perfecto
La perfección es un concepto que pienso que no existe, pero si tenemos que hablar de lo más cercano a un día perfecto podemos describirlo como tranquilo y al mismo tiempo movido.
¿Suena a contraste no? Realmente lo es, pero esto genera un sentimiento de dinamismo movido por la sensación de estar en control y al mismo tiempo tener experiencias geniales dentro de la vida.
Hoy voy a hablarles de como pienso que sería un día perfecto dentro de mi semana, que cosas haría y como podría hacer concluir el mismo.
Comenzamos.
For me a perfect day would start with a peaceful morning where I can get up on the right foot by doing my exercise routine, then I would go into meditation early in the morning for about 5 to 10 minutes trying to read inspirational phrases that help me keep a good mindset.
Then it would be great to work the morning on projects at work and my personal projects, this makes me feel quite productive and makes me feel that I am using my time in the right way. The next step is to have lunch with my family and loved ones, composed by my partner, my sister and my mother, who correspond to be the closest people to me so far.
Para mí un día perfecto comenzaría con una mañana pacífica en la que puedo levantarme con el pie derecho al hacer mi rutina de ejercicios, luego pasaría a meditar bien temprano por aproximadamente 5 o 10 min intentando leer frases inspiracionales y que me ayuden a mantener una buena mentalidad.
Luego sería excelente trabajar la mañana en proyectos en mi trabajo y mis proyectos personales, esto me hace sentirme bastante productivo y me hace sentirme que estoy utilizando el tiempo de forma correcta. Como paso siguiente corresponde el almorzar junto a mi familia y seres queridos, compuesto por mi pareja, mi hermana y mi madre, quienes corresponden a ser las personas más cercanas a mí hasta el momento.
From 2:00 PM return to work with a good attitude prioritizing the pending tasks left from the morning to go down the office work as such. From 5:00 PM finish the workday and switch the switch to get together with my girlfriend, enjoy a romantic dinner in which we drink until 9 or 10 pm (assuming it is a weekday) and return home to organize my evening for the next day.
With this, I can ensure that the next day's activities are kept to the letter through prioritization and listing what I have pending.
If it's a weekend day it corresponds to something quite a bit more hectic hahaahahahahaahahaahaha, this includes activities like getting together with friends and enjoying the evening chatting and having a few drinks. I have always been a faithful follower and believer that the important thing is not what you do but the company.
A partir de las 2:00 PM volver al trabajo con una buena actitud priorizando las tareas pendientes que quedaron de la mañana para ir descendiendo el trabajo de oficina como tal. A partir de las 5:00 PM terminar la jornada laboral y cambiar el switch para juntarme con mi novia, disfrutar de una cena romántica en la cual tomemos hasta las 9 o 10 de la noche (asumiendo que es un día de la semana) y volver a mi hogar para organizar mi noche para el día siguiente.
Con esto, puedo garantizar que las actividades del próximo día se mantengan al pie de la letra a través del establecimiento de prioridades y listar lo que tengo pendiente.
Si es un día de fin de semana corresponde a algo bastante más movido hahaahahahaahaha, esto incluye actividades como juntarnos con amigos y disfrutar la noche charlando y tomándonos unas copas. Siempre he sido fiel seguidor y creyente de que lo importante no es lo que se haga sino la compañía.
