Gingerbread cookies are my favorites to bake for the holiday season!
I love the smell of spices in the kitchen and spending time to decorate them in many different ways.
Although we know the traditional gingerbread in France, we don't get use to cook these little shaped biscuits. My family is always amazed when I bring some over for Christmas.
And of course they don't stay long on the plate! ;)
