What? How can you say a 9 out of 10?
Why... how could I not? 9 out of 10 is easy, because, I'd say, 9 out of 10 of my recipes involve Garlic in some way, shape or form. Maybe its the Greek blood flowing, but, we use Garlic and Olive Oil for much of our cooking in my family. So, a pot, some olive oil, and finely chopped garlic cloves are usually step one or two. Medium heat, and let it simmer until the garlic is golden brown.
