One of my favorite parts of my job, is the amazing opportunities I am blessed with. time and again, I can meet some interesting and intelligent people. I am paid to be at conferences that others pay thousands for. I am paid, to listen and learn, when others are missing out.
I also get to sample some of the world's most amazing celebrity chef's and up and coming new chefs. Some meals are odd, at a minimum. Some... simply wonderful!!!
