Second Garden Planted
...Cape Cod Camper Garden Update
Many of you who follow, probably noticed a few garden updates over the past three years... well, today is no exception. Sort of. I have a new Camper, and have planted a Garden there, too!
Note above, Four types of Cheery, Pear, and Plum Tomato: White Cherry (We found these the sweetest, last year), Yellow Pear, Blueberry Cherry(New to us this year), and Sweetie Cherry Tomato. In addition the Ukrainian Plum type tomato. Also, I planted two types of cucumber, Muncher, a 6 inch (15cm) straight cuke, and a Spacemaster 80, an 8 inch (20 cm) faster maturing Cuke. In with the Ukrainian Plum and the two cucumber, are some Sweet Basil. companion planted.
I Planted a Tigerella, a Jubilee, a Brandywine, and a Beefsteak tomato. Planted nearby, are two Marigold planters, to attract pollinators.
It's not all Gardening. I spent a good deal of time on a ladder, cleaning off the trailer. Scrubbing the algae off, and removing some of the pine sap. Also, I know, the shade is at an angle. I need to get out and raise it correctly.
Still to go, for the camp garden:
- Plant lettuce, and herbs
- plant more flowering plants, for pollinators
- transplant some more strawberry to new location
